By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (digital and physical books, online courses, and services), refunds are generally not provided once a purchase is completed. Please read the specific policies below for each product type.

 

2. Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, Online Courses)

2.1 No Refunds After Download or Access

All digital products, including e-books (PDF format) and online course materials, are non-refundable once:

  • The download link has been sent to your email, OR
  • You have accessed or downloaded the product

This policy is in place because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed.

2.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your digital product (e.g., broken download link, file corruption), please contact us at thehumanpremium@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will:

  • Resend the download link, OR
  • Provide technical support to resolve the issue, OR
  • Issue a replacement file

Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the technical issue after reasonable attempts.

3. Physical Products (Printed Books)

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If your physical book arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A description of the issue

We will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement copy at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping charges if applicable)

3.2 Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thehumanpremium@gmail.com. We will:

  • Track the shipment with our courier partner, AND
  • Resend the product or issue a refund if the shipment is confirmed lost

3.3 Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical books that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final once the book has been shipped.

Exception: If the book is unopened and in its original condition, you may be eligible for store credit (not a cash refund) if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Corporate Workshops and Speaking Engagements

4.1 Cancellation by Client

Corporate workshops and speaking engagements are booked via separate agreements. Cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

 

  • Cancellation 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund

Rescheduling is permitted once at no additional charge if requested at least 15 days in advance.

4.2 Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel a workshop or speaking engagement due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, force majeure, etc.), clients will receive:

  • A full refund of any payments made, OR
  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost

5. Free Resources

Free downloads, such as ‘The 12 Laws of the Human Premium’ PDF, are provided at no cost and are non-refundable (as no payment is made). These resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

 

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to our products and services
  • Take legal action to recover costs associated with the dispute

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Digital product refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Physical product refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
